This website commercially presents Iguazú Garden Lodge, located at Avenida San Lorenzo 140, 3370 Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, Argentina. Its purpose is to provide information about the property, rooms, services, surroundings, location and contact options.
Information, photographs and descriptions are provided as guidance. Room availability and configuration, rates, taxes, conditions and cancellation policies must be confirmed before booking.
This version of the website does not process direct bookings or payments. A WhatsApp message or email does not confirm a booking. Transactions initiated on Booking.com take place on that platform and are subject to the conditions shown during its booking process.
Tours and transfers are subject to availability, prior arrangement and an additional rate. The service provider, price and applicable conditions will be communicated before purchase.
Links to WhatsApp, Booking.com, Google Maps and other platforms lead to external services with their own terms and policies. The website name, logo, design, copy and photographs belong to their respective owners or are used with permission and may not be used commercially without authorisation.
These terms are governed by Argentine law. Nothing in them limits any mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy policy
The current website has no forms, user accounts, payments, enquiry database, or advertising or analytics tools installed by Iguazú Garden Lodge.
The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver and protect the service, the provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser, device, requested URL, date, time and error logs under its own terms and privacy policy.
If you voluntarily contact the lodge through WhatsApp, Booking.com, email or telephone, you may provide your name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests and preferences. This information is used to reply, provide availability and conditions, manage the requested stay, handle changes or complaints and comply with legal obligations.
Iguazú Garden Lodge does not sell personal data. Data is kept for as long as necessary to respond, manage the service, resolve complaints and meet legal or tax obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. External platforms apply their own retention policies.
Under Argentine Law 25,326, individuals may request access, updates, correction and, where applicable, deletion or confidentiality of their data by writing to the published email address. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority and receives enquiries and complaints at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.
Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive documents by WhatsApp or email. This policy will be updated if forms, analytics, payments, direct bookings, a PMS, channel manager or other functions that change data processing are introduced.
